The State of West Bengal The present proceeding has been challenged by the petitioner which involves Arambagh Police Station Case No.733/12 dated 17.10.2012 under Sections 465/ 467/ 468/ 471/ 477A/420/ 419/409/506/ 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(1)(c)/13(1)(d)/13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. The case was initiated on the basis of the complaint lodged with the concerned Officer-in-Charge by the Assistant Directorate of Agriculture Marketing (Administration)-in-Charge of Hooghly and the gravity of the offence relating to corruption are very serious.

Considering the stage of the case at which the petitioner has approached this Court, I am of the opinion, that the points agitated are question of facts which could only be considered at the stage of trial.

Accordingly, no interference is called for.

Thus, CRR 29 of 2013 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
