1. Learned advocates for the parties are present.

2. This appeal was disposed of on 2nd March, 2023. However, due to mistake in the name of the appellant/claimant in FMA 1718 of 2014, the awarded sum could not be disbursed.

3. The application is taken out by the appellant for rectification of name in the cause title. It is the contention of the appellant that her name is Deepti Sikhwal. However, she is showing the name Deepti Sharma Sikhwal after her marriage.

4. Upon considering the contentions of the petition and upon hearing the learned advocates; this petition stands allowed. Let the awarded sum be disbursed in the name of Deepti Sikhwal instead of Deepti Sharma (Shikwal).

5. The rectification be made by the department in the Memo of the Appeal.

6. All other interlocutory applications, if pending, are also disposed of.
