Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

The police filed charge sheet.

Therefore, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that custodial interrogations of the petitioners are not required.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. It appears that the injured suffered are of the nature of grievous hurt.

The injured along with eye-witnesses implicates the petitioners in the incident of assault.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners

is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 424 of 2023 is dismissed.
