The allegation of the petitioner of unauthorised construction has been considered by the Pradhan of the gram panchayat and it has been held that there is no illegality and/or infirmity in the construction made by the private respondents. The private respondents constructed their house as per the model plan of Pradhan Mantri Abas Yojana.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the said order. It will be open for the petitioner to take necessary steps to challenge the order passed by the Pradhan in accordance with law, if so advised.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Affidavit-in-compliance filed by the Pradhan of the gram panchayat be retained with the records.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
