AGP Mr. Somnath Naskar ......for the State This writ petition being WPA 7 of 2015 is heard along with three other writ petitions viz. WPA 8 of 2015, WPA 9 of 2015 and WPA 10 of 2015.
Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta, learned advocate appears on behalf of the writ petitioner in all the four writ petitions and the Central School Service Commission is represented by Mr. Kanak Kiran Bandopadhyay, learned advocate in all these four matters.
However, State respondents and authorities of Baranagore Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama High School though are parties in all the four writ petitions, but are not represented before this Court today.
Since Mr.
Tapan Kumar Mukherjee, learned additional Government Pleader is present in this Court, this Court has requested Mr. Mukherjee to appear on behalf of the State respondents in all the four writ petitions and obtain instruction to assist this Court on the next date of hearing.
Office of the learned Government Pleader is directed to regularise engagement of Mr. Tapan Kumar Mukherjee, learned Additional Government Pleader in all these four writ petitions.
Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta, learned advocate is directed to serve notice upon the authority of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama High School Baranagore enclosing copy of this order passed by this Court today.
Hearing of these four writ petitions stands adjourned till Monday next, 21st February, 2022 when it will appear under the heading "Fixed Matter". Other three writ petitions being WPA 8 of 2015, WPA 9 of 2015 and WPA 10 of 2015 are to be treated as on day's list.
