Case No. 647/2021 dated 25.10.2021 under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard Learned Lawyer for the Petitioner as well as the Learned Lawyer for the State and peruse the Case Diary. As incriminating materials are against the present Petitioner and the allegation is serious in nature, we are not inclined to allow bail at this stage.

However, we direct the Learned Trial Court to consider the charge within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order to expedite the trial. The application CRM (DB) 366 of 2022 is, accordingly, dismissed.
