Singh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the husband/opposite party no.2 is paying the quantum awarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore in connection with AC Case No. 708 of 2022. Learned advocate submits that for accumulation of dues, the petitioner had to file M. Ex. Case No. 666 of 2023 where more than a sum of Rs.80500/- till date has not been paid and the husband/opposite party no.2 is evading the court and/or trying to wriggle out the situation by not paying the amount. It has been submitted that the husband/opposite party no.2 is employed in Indian Railways. Having regard to the same, I direct that the learned Magistrate would ensure that by 31.07.2024, the whole of the accrued amount of Rs.80500/- along with the regular maintenance amount be paid by the husband/opposite party no.2.

The arrears complained of in M. Ex. Case No. 666 of 2023 be cleared by 31.07.2024, in the alternative, the learned Magistrate would take steps towards attaching the salary of the present opposite party no.2.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 392 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
