The matter is listed today as 'To Be mentioned' on the prayer of the learned counsel for the respondent. Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that in the judgment dated 17th March, 2022 at page 2 the Appeal number is wrongly mentioned as 5 of 2019 instead of Appeal No. 5 of 2015 and at page No. 12 in paragraph 5 line no. 2 the Appeal number is wrongly mentioned as 21 of 2015 instead of Appeal No. 5 of 2015.

In view of the above, in the judgment dated 17th March, 2022 at page no.2 at paragraph 1, the Appeal number shall be read as 5 of 2015 instead of Appeal

No. 5 of 2019 and at page No. 12 in paragraph 5, line No. 2, the Appeal number shall be read as 5 of 2015 instead of Appeal No. 21 of 2015.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 17th March, 2022.
