Investigation is still pending. The victim died within seven months of marriage. There was an allegation of demand of dowry and the victim died in her matrimonial home. Since investigation is pending and allegations are grave and serious, we are not inclined to allow the anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M.(A) 606 of 2022 is dismissed.
