Subhabrata Datta, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that statements under Section 161 and 164 of the Cr. P.C. have been recorded and the post-mortem report has been collected.

In view of the above, this Court directs the Dhubulia Police Station to complete investigation and file final report before the Jurisdictional

Magistrate as expeditiously as possible, if not already filed.

Let a copy of such report be made available to the counsel for the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
