The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in Sanskrit at Palashipara M.G.S. Balika Vidyalaya (H.S.), Palashipara, District : Nadia.

She applied for general transfer under "Utsashree Portal" and was recommended for transfer to Lakshmipur Swamiji Seba Sangha High School, Gobordanga, Habra, District : 24Parganas (North) but before she could join in the said school, on the recommendation of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission another teacher, namely, Smt. Amita Roy joined in the vacant post of the said school rendering the recommendation of transfer of the petitioner infructuous.

Mr. Ghosh Chowdhury, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation of the petitioner to the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission for consideration of her prayer for re-

recommendation for her transfer to Serampore Madhubati Bijan Bihari Balika Vidyalaya, Singur, District : Hooghly, the school of her second choice is pending, he prays that the Commission may be directed to consider her said prayer.

The said representation of the petitioner dated March 17, 2023 forms part of the supplementary affidavit to the writ petition. The Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, the respondent no.4 herein is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and in the event it is found that there is suitable vacancy in the second choice school of the petitioner, the Commission shall issue necessary recommendation for general transfer of the petitioner in the said post of the said school. W.P.A. 2126 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
