This matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned". It is pointed out by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that several typographical mistakes have been crept in the order dated 18th September, 2025 which are corrected as follows.

In the fourth line of the order dated 18th September, 2025 "the opposite party no.2" has wrongly been recorded as "opposite parties".

In the second line of paragraph 3 "the petitioner nos.1 and 2" has wrongly been recorded as "opposite party nos.1 and 2". In the sixth line and seventh line of the same paragraph the words "got" and "shown" respectively have wrongly been recorded as "gets" and "shows".

In the sixth line of paragraph 4 the word "him" has wrongly been recorded as "them".

In the sixth line of paragraph 5 the word "worse" has wrongly been recorded as "worsen". In the tenth line of the same paragraph "...351(2)" has wrongly been recorded as "...351".

In the fourth line of paragraph 9 "petitioner no.01" has wrongly been recorded as "complainant" and in the sixth line of the same paragraph "27th" has wrongly been recorded as "31st".

In the first line of paragraph 13 the word "plain" has wrongly been recorded as "plaint".

It is further pointed out by the learned advocate representing the petitioners that her name went unrepresented in the order dated 18th September, 2025.

Let the said corrections be deemed to stand incorporated in the order dated 18th September, 2025 for all practical purposes. The other portion of the said order dated 18th September, 2025 shall stand unaltered.

This order shall form part of the order dated 18th September, 2025.
