Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents relies upon the instruction forwarded by the Officer-in-charge, Bhangar Police Station which mentions that the Bhangar Police Station Case No. 262 dated 26.11.2024 under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B IPC is being investigated and during investigation relevant documents and information were collected from the respective authorities.

Two FIR named person namely Munshi Sahidur Rahaman, son of Late Munshi Jiaur Rahaman and Sk. Safier, son of Sk. Atapuddin were arrested on 7th April, 2025. The investigation of the case is in progress.

As none appears on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for default. 5.
