The petitioner has challenged the auction notice dated January 6, 2026. The date of holding auction sale was fixed on January 29, 2026.

The learned advocate appearing for the respondent/bank submits that the auction sale has already been conducted pursuant to the auction notice but since there was no interested bidder, the auction sale has been deferred and a subsequent auction notice has also been issued thereafter.

In view thereof, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition, the same accordingly stands disposed of.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any subsequent action taken by the respondent/bank, it will be open to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law. There will be no order as to costs.
