Report submitted by the learned Registrar, Judicial Service, High Court, Calcutta is taken on record. It appears from the report that Judicial Officer has been posted as Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Howrah and is expected to join the Court shortly. The last witness is being examined and the trial on the verge of completion. Under such circumstances, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

However, learned trial Court is directed to take the proceedings to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
