1. Status report filed by the State, be kept with the records.

2. We are told that yesterday (February 25, 2025) examination of two accused persons including this petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. was completed. The next date fixed before the learned Trial Court is March 11, 2025, for the examination of the other two accused persons under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

3. We, therefore, see that the trial is on the verge of conclusion. At this stage and considering that commercial quantity of contraband item is involved, we are not inclined to allow this application for bail.

4. CRM (NDPS) 156 of 2025 is dismissed.
