The petitioner is alleging that though in terms of the order of this Court dated August 07, 2023 passed in WPA 11282 of 2023 he has received the arrear pension and revised gratuity but without any interest thereon for the delayed payment. The writ petition is not in form, besides the relevant documents have not been annexed with the petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays leave to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to file a fresh.

In view of such stands of the petitioner, W.P.A. 2101 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

This order however will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
