1. The petitioner had been approved for engagement as State Aided College Teacher (SACT) in category-II. In spite of such approval given by the respondent no. 3 on 24.06.2020 and consequential approval by the Principal of the Taki Government College on 02.07.2020, the petitioner has not been made permanent.

2. The petitioner has made several representations to the respondent no. 3, which seems to have been ignored.

3. I direct the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2022 for absorption/regularization of his service in the SACT-II in the subject of Philosophy in Taki Government College by 30.03.2026.

4. The respondent no. 3 will inform the petitioner of the consideration by 10.04.2026.

5. With the directions, the WPA 2347 of 2026 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
