1. After arguing sometime Mr. Mukherjee seeks not to press the application for bail at present.

3. We request the trial court to proceed with the trial with expedition and examine the vital witnesses at the earliest.

5. Certified copies of the charge and the evidence shall be made available to the defence as per rules.
