Petitioner approached this court as the information which was furnished on or about 28.11.2022 with Jangipara Police Station was not acted upon. The grievance of the petitioner further is that in spite of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Serampore passed an order in TS No. 655 of 2022 for not creating any disturbance in peaceful possession of the property and not to change the nature and character of the property, the private respondents had been organizing their programmes over the land of the petitioner and as such the petitioner was unable to cultivate his own land. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the basic grievance of the petitioner related to the year 2023. To this, learned advocate for the petitioner replied that the same disturbance

is still being continued at the behest of the private respondents.

Having regard to the fact that the information so furnished was of November, 2022 and more than two and a half years have passed, petitioner would file a fresh representation with the police authorities. Police authorities would consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2158 of 2023 is disposed of.
