From the report placed before this Court by the Registry, it appears that an administrative notice issued earlier has been served upon the petitioner on 11.11.2021.

Despite service, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

On several occasions, i.e.

on 08.06.2011, 10.09.2021, 13.09.2021, 14.09.2021 and 15.09.2021, when the matter was called on for hearing, no one represented on behalf of the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. Lower Court record be sent down to the learned trial Court.
