The petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 16.11.2022 published in the official gazette dated 20th February 2023.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has filed affidavit in opposition wherein he has annexed an order no. 696/MA/O/C-4/1M-31/2015 (Pt.V) dated 12.9.2023 wherein it is stated that in supersession to the department's order dated

1106/MA/O/C-4/1M-31/2015 (Pt.V) dated 16.11.2022 regarding risk based classification of buildings, it is hereby notified that the Online Building Plan Approval System (OBPAS) shall be reverted to this department's earlier order No 161/MA/O/C-4/1M31/2015 Pt.III dater 19th February 2020 after two days from the date of issue of this order, till further order. 3.

The petitioner seeks liberty to approach this court in case the department reverses or passes any order which will prejudice the interest of the petitioner.

Needless to mention that the petitioner is always at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the said notification, nothing survives in the present writ petition. The petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to challenge the same if the situation changes and to file appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.

In view of above, present writ petitions are disposed of. 7.

In view of disposal of the writ petitions, all connected applications are also disposed of.
