The matter relates to construction of boundary wall. The petitioners allege that the private respondents are trying to construct the boundary wall by encroaching upon the private land of the petitioners. The aforesaid allegation is denied by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the private respondents.

It appears that a dispute has cropped up with regard to encroachment of private property. The said issue can be decided only by the competent civil Court. The police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace at the locale.

The parties will be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief. The writ petition stands disposed of.
