Ld. advocate for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the court that on 16.3.2022, at the first instance, warrant, proclamation and attachment was issued against the present petitioner.

The earlier orders reflect that the petitioner was represented in court.

Having considered the period of detention of the present petitioner, I am of the opinion that further detention of the petitioner is unwarranted.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Allowed.

Accordingly, the petitioner viz, Alok Kumar Das @ Aloke Kumar Das shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the ld. JM, 9th Court, Alipore. If on bail, the petitioner shall once in a fortnight meet with the officer in charge of Sonarpur P.S. for a period of six months. The officer in charge of Sonarpur P.S. will submit a report of compliance on each and every month to the ld. JM, 9th Court, Alipore.

Accordingly, CRM(SB) 23 of 2024 is allowed.
