By order dated 17th March, 2023 this appeal was disposed of.

This matter is appearing under the heading "To Be Mentioned".

Both learned advocates for appellantsclaimants submits that there has been a typographical error in the date of accident mentioned in 2nd paragraph of 1st page of order dated 17th March, 2023 and also submits for incorporation of date of filing of claim application at page 8.

Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 17.03.2023 in the 9th line at 1st page at paragraph No. 2 mentioning the date of accident as "25th September, 2015" instead of "25th September, 2005". The date of accident mentioned

therein as "25th September, 2015"be read as "25th September, 2005".

Further at page 8 in the 5th line and 10th line after the words "claim application" the words "(i.e. 28th January, 2013)" be incorporated.

The order dated 17.03.2023 is modified to the above extent.

Other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of order dated 17.03.2023.
