1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that in the order dated 7th November, 2025 the cause title has wrongly been gone down as WPA(P) 33 of 2025 instead of WPA(P) 33 of 2023. The same is corrected by this order and the cause title mentioned in the order dated 7th November, 2025 be read as WPA(P) 33 of 2023.

3. Learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant in CAN 3 of 2025 seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to file a review application.

4. Such prayer is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the other side.

5. As prayed for, the application, being CAN 3 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a review application. However, this Court has not expressed any view on tenability of review application, which shall be decided at the appropriate stage in the event such application is filed.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be delivered to the learned advocates for the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.
