The petitioner has filed the instant application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after being arrested in connection with Baishnabnagar Police Station Case No.136 of 2013 dated 01.06.2013 under Sections 147/148/149/302/447/427 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 / 4 of Explosive Substance Act.

The Advocate-on-record of the petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per the Rules within four weeks from date. Subject to such undertaking, the instant application is taken up for hearing.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his client does not intend to press this application.
