The Court is informed that there is a proclamation of warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner. Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM (A) 610 of 2022 is dismissed.
