Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 22nd September, 2023 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tehatta, Nadia in GR Case No.886 of 2009 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against him. The petitioner was initially on bail. Warrant of arrest was issued against him by the order impugned dated 22nd September, 2023 since he failed to appear before the learned Court on that date.

The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a fortnight from date. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned Trial Court within a fortnight from date and files an application for bail, the learned Court shall deal with the same in accordance with law.

In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned Trial Court within the stipulated time frame, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary

steps against the petitioner in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

The warrant of arrest issued vide order dated 22nd September, 2023 be stayed till 5th March, 2025. The revisional application being CRR 447 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
