Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that another co-accused was granted anticipatory bail by the jurisdictional Court.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and to the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the nature of injury and the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as appearing in the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 611 of 2022 is dismissed.
