1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are the in-laws of the victim lady. Statements of witnesses show husband and her in-laws i.e. the petitioners subjected her to cruelty over demands of money. She committed suicide within six months of marriage.

3. In view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Subhendu Samanta, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
