The petitioner and the respondents are represented through their respective learned Advocates.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner hands up a copy of letter dated October 29, 2025, written to him by the petitioner thereby instructing the learned Advocate for the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of the instructions given to him the writ petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.
