Mr. Anjan Bhattacharya Mr. Gouranga Kumar Das .....for the petitioner Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick Mr. Sanjib Das .....for the State The petitioner is directed to send comprehensive representation to the District Inspector of Schools within a period of one week from date and the District Inspector of Schools is directed to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and his learned Advocate to pass a reasoned order thereto within a period of four weeks after receiving the representation. After the expiry of four weeks as aforesaid a reasoned order is to be passed within two weeks therefrom.

The school authority will also remain present in the said hearing to be held by the District Inspector of Schools.

This is a case of arrear of revised pension and other benefits according to the ROPA Rules and the

petitioner has submitted that such benefits have not been given to him.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
