3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied with the explanation furnished for absence of learned advocate for the appellant on the day the appeal was dismissed for default.

4. Accordingly, the order dated June 9, 2026, is recalled. The appeal is restored to its original file and number along with the connected applications.
