The present writ application was filed on 30.01.2026. Till date the petitioner has not moved the writ application in spite of several direction. On every date fixed for hearing, an adjournment is prayed for on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that he is not well.

It appears that in spite of learned counsel not appearing, the name has been provided for recording the same appearance for the petitioner. 3.

It appears from the record that the writ application has been preferred praying for stay of the proceedings under Section 14B of the E. P. F. Act, till the insolvency case is disposed of.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, the writ application is not maintainable and thus dismissed.
