Ganguly, AGP Mr. Sbrata Das Gupta ...for the State It has been pointed out that in the second paragraph of page 1 of the order dated 23rd February, 2026, the Police Station has been wrongly mentioned as "Purba Medinipur". It is recorded that the property falls under the Police Station Mahishadal in District of Purba Medinipur.

The learned advocate for the petitioner further points out that in the second paragraph of second page of the said order, the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Mahishadal Block has been stated to be respondent no.3 instead of respondent no.4.

Let such errors be rectified.

This order shall form part of the order dated 23rd February, 2026.

The department is directed to correct the certified copy of the said order if already issued in the meantime. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
