1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are implicated in the offence of dacoity. They have been identified in course of Test Identification Parade examination. There are other incriminating materials against them. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
