Mr. Acharyya, learned Counsel for the College Authority submits that the College has received communication from the University that the first phase of registration of the petitioners is complete and the second/final phase of such registration will be completed shortly and the petitioners will be allowed to submit their forms for the third semester examination in Computer Science and Engineering.

Mr. Das, learned Counsel for the State respondents files similar instruction which he has received from the Director of Technical Education, the respondent no.3 herein, let it be kept with the record.

In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the matter, WPA 2112 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

It is made clear that in the event the petitioners face any difficulty in filling up their forms for the said examination or to get their Admit Cards, they are at liberty to mention the matter forthwith.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
