1. The appellant is not represented. Nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. The matter was adjourned earlier on the prayer of the learned counsel for the appellant.

2. Prima facie it appears that the order does not suffer from any illegality or irregularity as the learned Trial Court relied upon the order passed by the learned High Court at Calcutta discussing elaborately the fate of deed of gift executed by the defendant in favour of the daughters.

3. On such consideration, we dismiss the appeal.

4. Accordingly, the appeal and the application are dismissed.
