This is an application wherein the petitioner has prayed for relaxation of condition of bail imposed by this court vide order dated 3rd March, 2025.

It appears from the report that the petitioner has more or less complied the condition and there appears to be no adverse report against him. The charge has already been framed on 19th July, 2024 and the case is fixed for evidence in the month of September, 2025.

Having heard learned counsel for both the parties and also considering the report submitted by the concerned police station, let the bail order passed by this court vide order dated 3.3.2025 is hereby modified as follows:- "the Petitioner shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station once in a month in place of once in

a week and also on condition that he will appear before the Trial court on every date of hearing until further order". The order dated 3.3.2025 is modified to that extent only. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
