The petitioner is aggrieved by non-supply of information sought by her under Section 6(1) under Right to Information Act, 2005 sent by her on 13th December, 2020.

Since the petitioner has remedies for such grievance under the Right to Information Act, 2005 itself, the writ petition cannot be entertained. Hence, the instant writ application shall stand dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005. There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
