1. Learned advocate representing the contemnor produces a copy of the communication dated 13th September, 2024 made by the Pradhan of the Dhulasimla Gram Panchayat to the Sub-Divisional Officer at Uluberia along with all documents in connection with the subject unauthorized construction; the same is taken on record. A copy of the said communication has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today.

2. In view of the above, the contempt proceeding is dropped and the Contempt Rule stands discharged.

3. It will be open for the petitioner to pursue the matter with the Sub-Divisional Officer, Uluberia.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
