The earlier condition imposed while granting bail to the petitioner on 18.03.2025 to the extent which states that the petitioner shall remain within the jurisdiction of Hare Street Police Station is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall stay within the jurisdiction of Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The petitioner shall meet with the Inspector-in-Charge of Hare Street Police Station or any Officer deputed by him once in a fortnight till further orders of this Court. The petitioner would furnish the address where he would be residing to the Inspector-in-Charge, Hare Street Police Station or the Officer authorized by him.

So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same is retained.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
