The writ application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the certificate proceedings pending before the Certificate Officer, relating to gratuity case G-18/22.

It appears that the certificate in this case has been issued on 06.05.2025 by the Controlling Authority, to the Certificate Officer and District Magistrate, Howrah, who is implementing the order. 3.

It appears that the matter is still pending.

Accordingly the respondent no.5 is directed to complete the Certificate proceedings, in accordance with law, expeditiously.

Report of the Certificate Officer as called for has been placed by the Learned Counsel for the State. It appears from the said report that the Certificate Officer is proceeding with the certificate proceeding in accordance with law.

Leave is prayed by the private respondent to make the payment by way of installments. The private respondent is at liberty to approach the Certificate Officer with such prayer and in case the law permits such relief, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, sympathetically. 7.

The Writ application stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
