Under such circumstances, this Court appoints Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, learned Additional Government Pleader and his junior Mr. Biman Halder, one of the advocates in the State roll to represent the State respondents, their appointments be regularized.

Ms. Bhattacharyya, learned counsel for the Board, submits that upon compliance with the directions/conditions of the order dated January 30, 2024, the Admit Card of the Madhyamik Pariksha, 2024 has been issued to the petitioner. In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the present writ petition, accordingly, WPA 2121 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
