The order dated 24.11.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Alipore in Criminal Appeal No.254 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner would deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with the learned ACJM, Alipore in connection with AC 4403 of 2016 by 20.07.2023. The rest of the directions passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Alipore dated 24.11.2022 should be complied thereafter. The complainant/opposite party no.2 would be at liberty to withdraw such amount by taking out appropriate application.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 313 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
