Imtiazuddin ...for the petitioner Mr. Supriya Chattopadhyay Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharyya ...for the State Learned advocate Mr. Bari, appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he wants to challenge two orders on the ground of rationality issued by the School Education Department, Secondary Branch of Government of West Bengal. One of the circular is dated 06.02.2018 and the other circular is dated 08.07.2019. he has further submitted that he wants to file a fresh application and wants to withdraw it. Considering the submission of Mr. Bari, I dismiss this application for non-prosecution with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action including the challenge in respect of the above two orders.

The matter is dismissed.
