The writ petition has been filed challenging the inaction on the part of the Officer-in-Charge, Bowbazar Police Station in executing the warrant of arrest issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Unit - II, Kolkata.

The Bowbazar Police Station has filed a report from which it appears that the warrant of arrest has not been received by the said police station and as such, the same could not be executed.

Under such circumstances, the court does not find that there is any inaction on the part of the police authorities.

The writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

However, this order shall not prevent the petitioner from approaching the appropriate forum which is taking up ponzi matters.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
