1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner had thrown bombs resulting in injuries of police personnel who were on duty. Bail prayer of the petitioner and others had been rejected earlier. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
