Anwar Hossain Ms. Sreyashee Biswas ....for the State The case diary suggests that the vehicle belonging to the petitioner was used in the transportation of the stolen articles. In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 437 of 2023 is dismissed.
